Google just announced a rebrand of its well-known ad platform Google AdWords. The marketing suite will now just be known as simply Google Ads. Will it be easier to manage?
This rebrand makes sense to because through its countless acquisitions and developments over the years—AdSense, Analytics, Double Click, YouTube, Maps, Google Play—Google’s ad platform the interface of options became a complicated mess to navigate.
Let’s hope life becomes a little easier when it comes to managing the digital ad space—as far as Google is concerned, anyway. Facebook? Now that’s a different story.
